In C2 ci sono i Giovani Cryos: &#8220;Penso che la Divisione riuscir\u00e0 ad organizzare i play-off del nostro girone entro giugno &#8211; commenta il tecnico Alfredo Grossi &#8211; oltre non si potrebbe andare, considerando che il calcio a 5 si gioca nei palazzetti e le temperature sarebbero troppo elevate. Con i miei ragazzi ho un rapporto quotidiano, cerchiamo di essere vicini e di non perdere mai la speranza di ritornare sui campi perch\u00e9 in una squadra, quando c&#8217;\u00e8 gruppo, forza e voglia di migliorarsi, come nella mia di cui vado fiero, non ci si perde mai d&#8217;animo&#8221;.\n\nAnche la Giovani Cryos futsal, come tutte le categorie agonistiche e non della scuola calcio, sta attuando con successo lo smartworking: &#8220;Non ci sono programmi specifici standardizzati ma basati sullo spazio che ogni singolo atleta ha a sua disposizione. Particolare rilevanza in questo periodo va data anche all&#8217;alimentazione&#8221;.\n\n&#8220;Il mio rapporto con i massimi dirigenti della societ\u00e0? &#8211; conclude Grossi &#8211; come genitore e figlio, c&#8217;\u00e8 massimo rispetto, si lavora insieme professionalmente. Ti rendi conto di essere in una grande famiglia, con dei valori e tanti progetti.
