rispettando lo stop forzato imposto dall&#8217;emergenza legata al Covid &#8211; 19.\n\nLontano dai campi ma vicinissimo con il cuore ai suoi atleti, il tecnico dei Primi Calci 2011 Salvatore Tempini commenta cos\u00ec questo delicato momento: &#8220;Questo periodo \u00e8 davvero particolare: gli stati d&#8217;animo si contrastano continuamente, perch\u00e9 se da una parte si trascorrono momenti in cui si cerca il lato positivo della quarantena, trovandolo, come il dedicare pi\u00f9 tempo per te stesso e per la famiglia, per aggiornamenti e gli studi, dall&#8217;altro si viene assaliti dai pensieri sulla difficolt\u00e0 lavorativa, sul fatto che non puoi vedere i tuoi cari. Ogni pomeriggio, poi, puntualmente guardo l&#8217;orologio e mi mancano i miei ragazzi, il campo, la mia passione&#8221;.\n\n&#8220;Fortunatamente abbiamo la tecnologia che ci permette di restare in contatto anche visivo &#8211; continua Tempini &#8211; e infatti con molti ragazzi riusciamo a vederci con videochiamate, a messaggiarci. Loro probabilmente sono quelli che pi\u00f9 di tutti stanno soffrendo questa situazione e me lo fanno capire spesso: non vedono l&#8217;ora di tornare sui campi e mi chiedono sempre quando torneremo, io cerco di dare qualche stimolo a non giocare esclusivamente alla playstation, ma capisco che per molti di loro non deve essere facile&#8221;.\n\nLa Giovani Cryos \u00e8 stata tra le primissime societ\u00e0 ad aver avviato lo smart working per una scuola calcio: &#8220;I nostri responsabili hanno pensato bene di condividere con tutti i ragazzi dei brevi video formativi: un&#8217;iniziativa bellissima, esercizi di tecnica che si possono svolgere anche dentro casa, senza fare danni, e che danno stimoli ai ragazzi, perch\u00e9 possono filmarsi e mandarci i loro video. Un&#8217;idea che nasce dalla volont\u00e0 di non lasciarli soli, devono sapere che per loro noi ci siamo sempre&#8221;.\n\nIl covid &#8211; 19 \u00e8 un duro avversario, ma si pu\u00f2 sconfiggere: &#8220;Di solito dico ai ragazzi che non mi interessa vincere a tutti i costi una partita, ma questa contro il coronavirus la vinceremo sicuramente e ci riusciremo soltanto facendo quello che ci dicono e cio\u00e8 di restare in casa. Torner\u00e0 presto il tempo per divertirci insieme e lo faremo con tanto gusto in pi\u00f9.
